File Naming and Indexing

File names, indexes, categories and any other general naming conventions will be standardized and worded in easily identifiable format according to original documents and drawing lists or as per your preferred format.

Search Engine Database Building

Client-side file search engine database will be built for internal file search function. The attribute for database will be built in XML (Extensible Markup Language) according to the file names anbd indexes.

Hypertext Linking

Hypertext links for the contents linking to the relevant digitized files according to the original contents.
